Fixed how PermissionCommand dealt with mentioned users (was a hold over
from jdiscord development) Removed Yui's hardcoded User id being added
to Permissions. Fixed Main-Class in manifest (again) Gradle also decided
it wanted to update absolutely nothing? nice.
